We stand behind the quality of our original leather products. If your order is not right for you, you can request a money-back return within 15 days of delivery on eligible unused items.

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after that window may be declined unless the item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise in writing.
To be eligible, returned items must be unused and in original condition, returned with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty: personalized or custom-made products, final sale or clearance items, and items damaged by misuse, wear, or improper care.
1) Email us at info@sable-stone.com with your order number and reason.
2) Our support team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
3) For approved returns from United Kingdom addresses, return shipping is free and our support team will provide the return instructions.
4) For returns from destinations outside the United Kingdom, return shipping arrangements and any applicable costs will be confirmed by our support team before the return is sent.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges are offered subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or process a refund where applicable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will prioritize a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
